Pay increases on the way

Type:Warehousing Recruitment
The National Living Wage (in reality the Minimum Wage) increases to £8.21 per hour from the current £7.83 next April.

In addition the annual amount earned before tax is paid rises from £11,850 to £12,500.

£8.21 will be the minimum that anyone working fro Extraman earns, regardless of age, even though lesser rates officially apply to younger workers.

On top of that hourly rate, another 99p per hour is earned as holiday pay and, for those who have worked for us for over 12 weeks, a 3% pension contribution (above the earnings threshold).

While most of the work we offer is already higher than this minimum, it is good to see that wages at the lower end of the scale are due a 5% increase, narrowing the gap a little on higher paid positions.
