Pension contributions rise for the final time
In April, pension contributions rise for the final time.
A process which has been in place for several years reaches the final phase. From April onwards, pension contributions will form a significant deduction from pay, as well as employers contributing more than before.
For those who have worked for Extraman for more than 12 weeks (and have not opted out of our pension scheme) the following will apply.
For all earnings above £118 per week, 5% will be deducted from wages to go into your pension pot. A further 3% will be contributed by Extraman Ltd.
At a total of 8%, there is now the prospect of real savings being achieved over time, something that previous generations of temporary workers were unable to build.
