What does the National Living Wage mean for our temps?

The new minimum bands from April 1 will be as follows:

£7.20 per hour for all workers aged 25 and over (called the National Living Wage)

NMW rates then apply:

£6.70 per hour for workers aged 21 and over

£5.30 per hour for workers aged 18 to 20

£3.30 for apprentices aged 16 to 18 and those aged 19 in the first year of their apprenticeship
